It's time for Flu Shots! Madison County Public Health will be at the Library on Wednesday, October 21st, from 10 AM - 12 PM! There is no need to make a reservation.
Please have your insurance card (or a front & back copy) available as well as photo ID.
They can accept cash or check if you are going to be a "self-pay." They can offer a 25% price reduction for those self-pay candidates, and the cost for a regular flu shot would be $50.00. If you are in need of the high-dose flu shot (65+), the cost would be $133.00. Everyone with insurance will have the full amount billed to their insurance, and those amounts would be $57.00 for the regular flu shot and $168.00 for the high-dose flu shot.
Reminder: For ease in receiving your vaccination, please wear short sleeves or shirts that easily expose your upper arm!
